comfortable stay with room for improvement
The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating three adults. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering both variety and quality.
However, the 'All day menu' could benefit from more diverse options.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy corner perfect for reading. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the fresh vegetables made my morning. The staff were helpful, especially when I needed assistance with directions.
The general manager's response to initial issues was a bit off-putting.

Good amenities in the room, but security issues left us uneasy.

The local veggies were fresh and vibrant! The breakfast had a fab spread including a cooked option. The stunning water pressure in the shower was a showerhead dream come true. I’d say the overall experience for me was a savory 8 out of 10!
Our arrival was a bit rocky with a general manager who was a touch too edgy about the room situation and had a fittingly dramatic flair when I mistakenly grabbed water from the fridge. Just a minor hiccup, but it definitely left a mark!

missingWrote a review on Jun 27elevator accessibility
The hotel is located in an office area with limited dining options within walking distance, making evening excursions feel a bit lacking. The elevators are old and slow, which can test your patience when trying to get to your room after a long day. Additionally, there were issues with inconsistent housekeeping and outdated bathrooms that felt like they could use a serious refresh.

The room was spacious and comfortable enough for three adults, with a cozy sofa seating area. The shower had excellent water pressure, making it a great experience. Though a little dark for working late on a laptop, there were some lamps to help. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, but you have to pay extra for drinking water since it wasn't provided. Overall, a solid stay!

The stay featured clean and spacious accommodations, ideal for a group of travelers needing ample space. The breakfast was a highlight, delivering a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes. However, access to public transport was less convenient, requiring a lengthy walk to the nearest tram station, and the lack of drinking water in the room was a downside. Additionally, noise levels were somewhat disruptive at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

Had an amazing group trip! We explored the Children's Farm nearby and enjoyed the animals. The jogging tracks near the Rheinpark were great too. Breakfast was a highlight with so many choices. We found the rooms to be clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful, making our stay even better.
The only downside was the bed situation. Two single beds pushed together was a bit odd if you're not a couple. It would be better if they had proper double beds for comfort.

We had a pleasant stay with our kids at the nearby Children's Farm in Neuss, which is a magical place for little ones with cows, goats, and even horses. The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, and during breakfast, we appreciated the friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care for our comfort.
My kids wished there were more play areas for children.

The welcome at the hotel was perfect, warm and caring. I had one of those big rooms with a lovely seating area and the shower, high pressure and strong, was a lifesaver after long days.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
