Overall, a solid stay!

However, access to public transport was less convenient, requiring a lengthy walk to the nearest tram station, and the lack of drinking water in the room was a downside. Additionally, noise levels were somewhat disruptive at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

Had an amazing group trip! We explored the Children's Farm nearby and enjoyed the animals. The jogging tracks near the Rheinpark were great too. Breakfast was a highlight with so many choices. We found the rooms to be clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful, making our stay even better.

The only downside was the bed situation. Two single beds pushed together was a bit odd if you're not a couple. It would be better if they had proper double beds for comfort.

We had a pleasant stay with our kids at the nearby Children's Farm in Neuss, which is a magical place for little ones with cows, goats, and even horses. The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, and during breakfast, we appreciated the friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care for our comfort.

My kids wished there were more play areas for children.

The welcome at the hotel was perfect, truly warm and caring. I had one of those big rooms with a lovely seating area and the shower, high pressure and strong, was a lifesaver after long days.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
